TRAINING WITH MSC TRI CLUB

SWIMMING

MSC Tri Penguins train at Ballyshannon Leisure Centre on Mondays at 8pm coached by World Champion coach Grace Meade.  

During the summer months we hold open water swim sessions at Creevy, Rossnowlagh, Mullaghmore and Lough Melvin, depending on sea conditions.

CYCLING


Sunday spin leaving from Woodlands in Ballyshannon: 9:30am


Wednesday Turbo Training at Rockfield Community Centre at 7pm followed by strength & conditioning .

RUNNING

Thursday 6:30pm leaving from Market Yard Ballyshannon.

Club members also train with Tir Chonaill AC in Bundoran and Ballyshannon on Tuesdays, and Saturdays.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

For winter 2017 we have added a Strength & Conditioning session to our Wednesday evening training.  The inclusion of S&C will help triathletes of all levels overcome muscular imbalances en route to becoming stronger, more efficient, and less injury prone.
