MSC Time Trial League Table

2017 MSC Tri Time Trial Winners, Sarah O'Malley Daly and Gabriel Timoney along with runner's up, Eleanor Rooney and Martin O'Halloran. FINAL RACE - 20KM INDIVIDUAL TT - 26th July 2017 One could have been forgiven for opting to stay by the warm fireside for the final test of the MSC Tri 'Summer' TT league, but seventeen hardy battlers were not deterred by the gusty SW biting breeze. Top ladies on the night were Maura McGauran who peaked in a super time of 8:34 with Sarah O'Malley Daly just 30 seconds behind. *(data courtesy of Gerry 'Everest' Cleary's strava)

20km Team TT

Consistent speed and power by Matthias, Barry and Shane saw the three man team take top spot in this evenings team time trial - a 'first over the line' race with varying handicaps. Less than 30 seconds behind, Gerry, Noel and Aidan McA, had dug until they scratched the bottom and were easing off another piece to get across the line with hot shots, Aidan F, Gabriel and Martin up close and personal crossing just 6 seconds behind. In fourth position Gareth, Sarah and Stevie put in a strong effort while a tough and fearless hunt by the all female team of Aoibhinn, Mary and Ann finished the time trial taking first in the All Female Team category.
